This is where we get to know you and your project goals. Our team visits your home to see the space, take measurements, and discuss your ideas. Most meetings happen on-site, but Zoom consultations can be requested.
We gather inspiration — photos, Pinterest boards, or anything that shows your vision — and review your project’s timeline and budget to ensure a smooth start.
DESIGN ASPECTS
What’s better than a drawing? A complete 3D rendering of your home featuring your dream design. Our designers turn your ideas into detailed concept drawings and to-scale 3D renderings.
When finished, you’ll receive a personalized Google folder with your sketches, renderings, documents, and any revisions. You can review everything, share feedback, and request changes until the design meets your vision — we move forward only once you approve.
CONSTRUCT
Our skilled craftsmen transform your existing space into the one you’ve always envisioned. From start to finish, our team works closely with you on every detail — from paint and stain colors to hardware and final finishes.
Once you’re ready, we handle everything: demolition, renovation, installation, and all required permits and inspections. You can rest easy knowing your project will meet code and exceed expectations. All you need to do is sign off — we’ll take care of the rest. And if you have your own preferred plumber, electrician, or subcontractor, we’re happy to collaborate with them as part of your project.
